“I’ve been training with Gerby for over a year. I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good workout session! He knows when to push me, when I need to push pass my limits so I can improve but also recognizes when I need to take it a bit easier. There’s always variety in our sessions and he makes sure to include exercise I really like but also makes sure I do the ones I’d rather not! As an added bonus he’ll also help with stretching and a roll out when I need it. I can honestly say he’s a great trainer, and I’m more fit, feel stronger and am generally happier as a result!”
