Hi, I’m Gerbs!

My history in fitness was not the greatest, growing up I was into the life of alcohol cigarettes and drugs. My health wasn’t a priority and fitness was definitely not in my to do list, until I reached 190lbs at 5’3. Eventually I was left with limited options with what to do with my life so I ended up working up north to Fort Mac where dreams come true, or so I thought.  I had a full time position at one of the gas plants and was there for about 7 years. We were living in camps which had a fitness facility to utilize after shifts. That’s where I developed a consistency in training and it eventually fitness became a passion. Through consistency of hard work and dedication I saw the changes in me, physically and mentally. I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help others and myself to get better everyday. I have gone to seminars and taken a various certifications to improve mine and my clients way of training.

If you are struggling with weight loss, feeling pain from an injury, or even just a lack motivation and accountability, I’m your trainer. I focus on motivating my clients, get them training frequently, and let them know they got this. I will be there each and every time they need my help because I know how hard it is to be consistent and most do need help in that aspect. I had a lot of ups and downs.

Removed all my excuses.

Challenged myself consistently.

And Never gave up.

It’s a never ending journey.
